Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical IMDb
In the spring of 2004 I built a lot of props for the made-for-tv movie adaptation of the off-Broadway hit play "Reefer Madness: the Musical". This show not surprisingly requested some of the strangest builds I've worked on, including a 6’ bamboo staff with a tiki/penis head that shot flames to light a giant bong in one scene. It seems the only build we photographed was this diorama that was supposed to be built by the main character. I developed the period-looking (IE wooden) moving flames system in the back and rigged up the tractor to appear to be running the whole thing.
