Las Vegas 2000 - Part 5 - The Aftermath: The Bar and Beyond

After packing up fighting robots, the obvious next impulse was to drink and cause havoc. After some time in the bar, we decided to venture out of the casino. The following is in no way an accurate representation of what went on, but mearly a set of unrelated photographs with accompanying text. Nor should it be attempted by anyone living or otherwise.

What's this? A skateboard with a fire extinguisher taped to it? Is that guy holding a hammer? I think it is CO2. It would be pretty cool if he knocked the valve off it.
That isn't CO2 at all!! Valve releaser gets a face full of powered fire retardant! The crowd cheers as the skate board victoriously rolls down the road.
After its run, the extinguisher powered rocket skateboard was quickly offered a sponsorship. Unknown man carries away the used projectile to fame and fortune.

After everything was said and done, my house magnetically attracted back all my robots and parts and such. This just ended up piling up with the rest of my crap.
Looks like it's time to move.
So that was my trip to Las Vegas. Not everything was covered, but the rest you can watch on the TV show. I am writing this months after the fact, so some things might be blatant lies, and I wouldn't know it. If you spot any glaring errors E-mail me. Stay tuned, as in 3 weeks I'll be at the next battlebots, and it will only be next november by the time you get my report on that one. 600ish robots -- it is going to be crazy. See you all there.
